Our policy is to exchange or offer store credit only:
(1) If it has a functional defect within 7 days after purchase date.
(2) Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangable.
(1) Clothing/shoes within 14 days of receipt ~ (Online Orders ~ ONLY with prior approval.) Items must NOT BE WORN, washed, or altered in ANY way. Must have all tags in tact as when purchased.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS/RETURNS: You MUST email us at email@example.com and once approved, you must return within 48 hours for an exchange or a store credit. Items CANNOT be worn and MUST have tags attached as when they were shipped to you.

Rhinestone/Swarovsky Crystal Items
Items with rhinestone or crystal embellishment are sold as is with NO returns.
Most of our Jewelry/Headband pieces are one-of-a-kind custom pieces. Stones differ individually ~ with different shapes and sizes giving personality and uniqueness to each piece. So if you have a custom order, be aware that colors and shapes can slightly vary.
We make every effort to string our Custom jewelry durable and to withstand a long life. We use 7 strand, nylon coated stainless steel jewelry wire, not the plastic, thin fishing line that many companies use. Given the proper care, our pieces will last and are very resilient. We happily restring our, or our competitor’s jewelry for $10 on necklaces that are 18 inches or less, per strand. You will need to provide all the beads or we have some to fill in for lost beads at a minimal price. Shipping is at your expense.
Wholesale orders are a minimum of $350 with a 20% discount. You must provide your company information, along with your Texas Sales Tax Permit.
Authorized refunds and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. If you have an item to be refunded, shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
I ship promptly! In most cases, your purchase will be mailed 1-2 business days. Belts, shirts, handmade/custom jewely and flip flops may take approximately 10 days for delivery. I cannot guarantee times of arrival. I most always ship US Postal Service/Priority Mail. I do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. If you did not receive your parcel, please feel free to contact us here at the store to check your tracking number through USPS, or you may contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I use USPS Priority Mail and very rarely, First Class Mail as a standard methods of shipment, both of which should take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door.
As a service to our valued customers, rush shipping is available for an additional charge. I will not be held responsible for service transit time provided by the carrier and such times may vary with package origin and destination. Sundays and holidays are excluded. Delivery may require a signature confirmation.
I'm sorry, but we do not ship outside of the US at this time.

PayPal eChecks are accepted as well.
Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal, so please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice that your transaction has been completed.
